This Holiday Season Shutterfly is having a promotion for bloggers. 50 Free holiday cards just for writing a blog post about their products!

I absolutely love this site for Christmas picture cards. They let you completely design your card online and they ship it straight to your house! They also let you choose your pictures, resize, crop, and move them around so you can create the perfect card!!

Last year I used our "kids" pictures and created a card that had the dogs, cat, and chickens on it. This year with the arrival of Miss Taylor, I just can't decide what style of card to use! I want to combine a Christmas card with a birth announcement so we can share our news with all of our extended friends and family!

There are cards that you can put from 1-4 pictures on. They are postcard style flat and would be cheaper to send.

Shutterfly even has cards for other occasions as well as many other photo Christmas gifts! They also offer regular prints (we used shutterfly to get our wedding pictures printed as they have low prices for large qualities!)

Matts new truck

He's been looking for the right one and je found it yesterday. He wants to take the topper off the back eventually and put a truxedo like he had on his last one. His word "this truck is a beast"

SIL: Colts

Colts football is our entertainment on Sundays! Has been since I was little! This sunday Allie and I dressed to support Indy! 2 weeks till they win the superbowl!

Lately breakfast has been homemade applesauce since I haven't really been hungry. Yesterday I also picked up a fresh pineapple at the grocery yum!

Now if only I was this enthusiastic about veggies :)

Awesome Sunday

We started the day off with some golf practice in 45 degree weather in our front yard (yes I know it's January). Matt got some new clubs a few weeks ago so he was testing them out!

Then convinced matt to watch a lifetime movie (the pregnancy pact) with me. He didn't even complain :)

Afternoon was filled with a COLTS win cheering on my team with Allie their number one fan!



The rest of the day was spent getting ready for the week. Overall a wonderful Sunday!

SIL: SALES!

Matt and I went to old navy on a whim and hit the sales jackpot. We got:
Matt
7 pairs underwear
Pair of jeans
2 golf polos
2 tshirts
2 plain hooded sweatshirts

Me:
3 long sleeved shirts
5 short sleeved shirts
2 pairs of flip flops
2 zip up sweatshirts
1 half zip sweatshirt
Pair of sweatpants

Grand total $71.00

SIL: doggy bathtime

An after picture of doggy bathtime. Allie loves getting squeaky clean and hops right on in. Tdog doesn't enjoy it as much but he isn't a fighter so it's not a difficult time!

Now they smell nice and clean for cuddle time!

SIL: car air freshners

One of my students for Christmas gave me an air freshner that smells like pomengrates. He told me "don't open it all the way Mrs. Z it will blow you out of the car". So it's halfway open and makes my car smell delicious! Thanks Dawson!

SIL: Tyson's floppy lips

This is what one of my dog looks like upside down :) He has big floppy lips and puts them on your face at the most inconvient times. However it's something that makes him Tyson Llyod!

Movie Theatre

Date night took us to Kokomo yesterday. We enjoyed The Blindside, dinner, and Avatar. The really dark picture is if Matt in his sweet 3d glasses :)

Alright Mom and Natalie for you I suppose Ill start this up again :).

Most people's blogs have a theme. Thoughfulness, pets, hobbies, cooking, books they've read,etc. Well mine instead is my life :). I like to try new recipes, read kids books, learn about raising chickens, teach 4th graders, play with 2 spoiled dogs, and watch reality tv.

So my blog is going to turn into that. One interesting thing everyday or two involved with my life.

A warning some days it will be boring but I can easily take pictures and post on my phone so I'll try to update often.
